In the beginning of 2021, the collaboration between the “restaurant man” Joe Bastianich and La Terza Classe, folk/bluegrass band from Napoli, starts with some summer shows all around Italy.
Joe and the La Terza Classe know each other since 2013 when they’ve met on the set of a well known Italian TV show called “On the Road with Joe”, for SKY ARTE.
Joe has always been involved in music since very young in his hometown NYC; he grew up listening, watching and playing artists such Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Greatful Dead and many others. The roots of American music is the main point in common with La Terza Classe, one of the few Italian band involved so deeply in the search and the study of Bluegrass, Folk and Americana Music; the band from Napoli, Italy, toured several times the U.S. appearing also in one of the most important Festivals and American TV Shows such, Bluegrass Underground and Music City Roots.  The band also appeared at “Italia’s got Talent” reaching semifinals.
In 2022 Joe and La Terza Classe released togheter “ Goodomorning Italia”, an album with 9 original songs written togheter, with the Italian label Soundinside Records,  followed by a 35 shows tour all around Italy.
