He graduated in Double Bass, Jazz Music and Music Teaching. He worked with Eric Marienthal, Fabrizio Bosso, Javier Girotto, Rob Sudduth, Scott Hamilton, Giovanni Falzone, Bebo Ferra, Laura Fedele, Tony Arco, Alessio Menconi. He played in several music festivals and jazz clubs: Blue Note - Milan, Yorckschlosschen Jazz Club - Berlin [DE], Free Blues Club - Stettino [PL], Crown Towers - Melbourne [AU], Alexander Platz - Rome, Pinocchio Jazz Club - Florence, Muziek Cafè - Amsterdam [NL], Eddie Lang Jazz Fest - Monteroduni (IS), Jazz Ascona Festival [CH] , March Manouche Festival [UK], La Brasserie in Monaco [MC], Locarno Film Festival [CH]. He also worked with pop musicians including Enrico Ruggeri, Andrea Mirò, Ronn Moss (singer and actor who played Ridge Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful), Simona Bencini (Dirotta su Cuba), Silvia Mezzanotte, Iva Zanicchi, Gianni Togni. He played as a soloist in the albums Chemical Blend, Videoradio/Rai Trade, 2006 and Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing, Ultrasound Records, 2012. He took part in several record productions, including 2nd Street di Groovin’Action, Music Center, 2009; Bologna Skyline by Andrea Ferrario & Michele Francesconi, Alfamusic, 2015; Stan By Me by Larry Ray, Azzurra Music, 2004; Andrea (2005), A fior di pelle (2007), La Fenice (2009) and Elettra e Calliope (2012) by Andrea Mirò, Anyway; Swing & Roll di  Sugarpie & The Candymen, Irma Records, 2011. Since 2007, he has been the instructor of Bass Guitar, Double Bass and Ensemble Music at the Milestone School of Music in Piacenza.
He has held several Master Classes and Demo clinics in various cultural associations and music festivals, including the DISMA Music Italy Show - Bologna, L’Accademia Centro Musicale - Parma, Second Hand Guitar – Milan.
He wrote the book Basso elettrico jazz – published by Isuku Verlag in 2018, and the play-along book Jammin’ on Contemporary Jazz Tunes, volumes 1,2,3 for electric bass, piano and keyboards, and drums – coauthored with Luca Dell’Anna and Maxx Furian and published by Cobert in 2018.
